Description
Join us on Monday, October 29th for the annual Harvest Fest, UMBC's campus sustainability celebration on Commons mainstreet!
There will be an array of student organizations and campus departments offering hands on games, crafts, trivia, and giveaways- including everyone's favorite- our local pumpkins and apples! We'll also have our annual photo booth and pledge!
Campus Dining will be bringing a hydroponic garden you can plant, as well as green treats to taste!
Play corn hole with Joseph Bueys Sculpture Garden, play a recycling/trash sorting game Environmental Task Force, grab giveaways and learn about green transportation with UMBC Transit, learn about renewable energy with SolarRetrievers, learn about the UMBC Bike Share with Athletics Recreation, play campus sustainability Jeopardy with Geography and Environmental Systems COM, make seed balls with the Garden, and spin the eco trivia wheel with Students for Environmental Awareness!
